老闆人很好，我到的時候凌晨了，老闆熱心地給我介紹小吃點和便利店 還有住宿的各種注意事宜，獨在異鄉總能感受到很多異鄉人的温暖，希望老闆生意興隆。

別人家的青旅老闆：指個路。我住的青旅老闆：直接化身摩的導遊陪玩了一整天！還借給我們披肩拍照，披肩超美！！！走前的那天上午還幫忙把我送我到浴場！
現在問題來了——回城市後打不到電動車導遊了怎麼辦？在線等，挺急的！嚴肅一點，老闆人好到離譜，建議老闆開個‘老闆陪玩’增值服務，我第一個充值！
順便説一下，公共廁所衞生還是很乾凈的，推薦喜歡青旅氛圍的朋友們來住哦

我不輕易評價，除非真的很棒。我一女生，晚上十點半才到煙台站，當天晚上下起了大雨，在車上時老闆就來電話説，外面下雨，可以來接我。火車站離住宿很近，老闆雖然沒有車接我，但我當時覺得這已經不重要了，老闆能來接玩的這份好心，真的很好了。他會給我送雨衣，幫我提包，提醒我撩高褲腿防*濕，還不斷道歉他自己莫須有的錯誤。已經很晚了，老闆依舊陪我到樓下買東西吃，風很大時會幫我固定雨傘防風吹翻等等微小細節都足以讓我感到心暖，山東人真好。
回到住宿裏，我發現不衹老闆人很好，這裏的環境也很好，麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，所需要的，幾乎都有。雖住的是青旅，卻像在家裡一般温馨。老闆應該是個文藝青年，屋內佈置很棒，至於有多好，你來一次就能切切實實感受到了。這裏真的很乾凈，老闆很勤快，勤換洗被子枕套，勤打掃，真的好評。我眼鏡框壞了，老闆還細心幫我弄好了。
飲用水免費，洗衣免費，這裏不吵，但你需要耳塞也有的，晚上外面挺冷的，但屋內暖和。噢，被子也很軟的。老闆不止對我很好，對其他旅客也是一樣的好，就像親人一樣的親切。對了，這裏窗外還能看到海，真不錯。
老闆這麼做的確是要賺錢，但他的真誠使我心甘情願讓他賺我的錢，因為他值得。這是我見過最好的老闆，活該老闆發大財！

地理位置很不錯，非常靠近煙台站，旁邊就是大閲城和南洪街， 下樓就是公交站，出行非常方便。樓層視野開闊，很適合看夜景，環境衞生也很不錯吧，相對來説挺方便的。
