When we got upstairs, the room was very clean and tidy, with no smell, and the whole house was smart! So cool! The scenery outside the window is beautiful and very artistic. The location is very good and the transportation is very convenient. The shower in the bathroom is very easy to use and the wireless network is very fast. It is perfect for office work! The breakfast is also very rich, with both Chinese and Western styles. It’s really delicious! The main laundry service is so heartwarming. You can wash and dry it and send it directly to your room. You don’t have to run upstairs or downstairs. You can wear clean clothes without going out. This service is so good! ! ! This experience is very good! Very fast, A cup of hot tea relieves the fatigue all the way, the laundry room equipment is very smart, the gym fitness equipment is very complete at night, the breakfast is more abundant, there is late night porridge at night, I smell a faint fragrance when I return to the room, the bedding is very clean, and the bathroom is very watery. The TV can be screened, the small refrigerator drinks are also very rich, the sound insulation effect is very good, the room is cleaned spotlessly, it is very pleasant to return to the hotel at night to read a book that I like, and the warm water given when I leave the store is very commendable. The invoice is also very timely. Overall it is highly recommended.

The next night, I ordered porridge to my room again, but they initially declined. Later, I heard they had delivered it the day before, and they agreed to do it. The lack of spoons and chopsticks made it a little difficult to eat, but their service was excellent. I hope they can provide more standardized procedures and be more attentive. The cleaning lady that day was also incredibly welcoming. She met us in the hallway and gave us a full bag of water and drinks. She was incredibly welcoming and made us feel like home. In addition to porridge, there are also various small buns with fillings! Because I was on a business trip and had a temporary printing need, I didn’t expect that the hotel could print for free. This is so convenient! There were two more bottles of water in the room than in other hotels, which means a total of 4 bottles. When checking out, they also asked if we needed warm water. It's really great to have such a stay experience for less than 300 a night. I will stay at Atour again next time I come to Penglai!
