訂單備註的 kt 房間也及時滿足，管家林霞提前加微信告知地理位置，態度很好，期間空調不太涼快，也及時處理換房，親子房還送了倆小玩偶，好評，還會再來。

在這個美麗的秋天，又一次選擇了花泉里民宿，這次住的是兩室一廳的六號民宿，小院兒超讚！有一個舒適的躺椅，還有兩顆漂亮的銀杏樹，院內的湯池也很大，私密性很好。
一進入民宿，民宿的周邊環境在秋天的映襯下宛如一幅畫卷。為整個住宿體驗增添了幾分詩意。
這裏的服務也堪稱一流。尤其是管家慧芳，熱情友好，提前打電話詢問到店時間，得知我們來的比較晚，提前把温泉水都放好了，還特地去採摘了新鮮的花瓣兒，朋友們很喜歡!還幫我們中餐廳點餐，安排火鍋，到了以後，小院已經擺上了熱氣騰騰的火鍋和飯菜，真的太讓人感動了，就像對待家人一樣細心周到。讓我們感覺到花都人的熱情好客，
花泉里民宿，就像秋天裡的一顆璀璨明珠，在這個美麗的季節裏為我們提供了一個温馨、舒適、充滿詩意的棲息之所。這裏絕對是不二之選，我強烈推薦給大家！

房間：地毯很臟 ，有不好的氣味 。
衞生間積水 頭一天晚上積水 直到第二天早晨還是很深的水 。衹有普通塑料公用舊拖鞋 ，我怕不乾淨 ，就赤腳洗浴 ，赤腳進衞生間 。第二天早晨衞生間水很深 ，我赤腳洗漱 ，提着自己的鞋在衞生間門口擦腳穿鞋。 服務員第二天拿拖鞋進來 ，給出的理由是酒店給舊的塑料拖鞋是處於環保考慮 。服務員説送我洗潔液，我沒有要。我不想佔這個便宜，我在這裏評論的動機是希望他們以此督促他們改善服務質量。
服務態度：很差。晚上酒店到酒店 我告知我是在攜程找過來的 ，要付款給攜程 ，前台還是要求我直接和前台結賬，説出的理由是付款給酒店很快就能辦理入住，如果付款給攜程 ，要等一個小時後才能辦理入住。我寧願等待 ，還是要按規矩付款給攜程。
