Hotels in Korean Folk Village/ Yanji Dinosaur Kingdom, Yanji

I was a little confused before coming here because I always like newer and larger hotels. Later, I thought about going to the Folk Custom Park to take photos the next day after arriving, so I decided to stay here on the first night, so I booked one night. Unexpectedly, it was completely beyond my expectations. Although the facilities are old, I have to say that, but they are very well maintained. The room size is OK, but everything is very complete. Since Yanji is not big, it is very convenient to go everywhere, so I booked this hotel for the next two days. The front desk was very enthusiastic, especially on the third night, the parent-child room we originally booked was gone. The hotel not only showed me other rooms, but also let me book the cheapest room. They arranged the floor I wanted for me, and gave me free breakfast. When I left, I gave a small lucky bag. Very considerate. Yanji is suitable for eating, drinking and taking photos, so the room is completely OK. The cost performance is very high. I praise it.

I rarely write reviews, but I was lucky to come across this B&B this time. It made our family's stay very comfortable and enriched our travel experience in Yanji. We wanted to book a small courtyard room, but after it was fully booked, we booked a fruit forest room. Let me talk about the service first. The boss was very enthusiastic during the phone consultation and answered all questions. When we arrived at the residence, it had just rained heavily in Yanji and it was dark. The whole B&B looked quiet and stylish in the light rain. Let’s talk about the room facilities and hygiene. The room is very clean, the mattress, quilt and pillows are very comfortable. The boss also prepared a small box of fruit, disposable towels and toilet covers. The back door of the room faces the grape vine. I thought it would be really good during the day. It would be very pleasant to stay in this small courtyard for half a day. The cleanliness is the best among the B&Bs I have ever stayed in. Except for the slippers in the bathroom that don't look very clean, of course they just look bad, or they may be worn out, and the water drains too slowly when taking a shower. Everything else is fine. It is worth mentioning that there is an air-raid shelter and a viewing platform next to the B&B, and you can also pick some tomatoes and cucumbers. This must be praised. The boss said that if you don’t waste it, you can pick it for free. Of course, you won’t waste it. It’s a great experience. . I’ve said a lot, let’s look at the pictures!

The location is very good, about 1.3km away from the internet celebrity wall, and it takes 10 minutes to walk there. Opposite is the Yanji Department Store, and there are still many people there after 10 o'clock. Convenient for eating and shopping at night. The breakfast is very rich, with fresh yogurt cups and salad cups, which is on par with a five-star hotel. I felt the tea bags in the room were very fragrant at night, and the lady at the front desk even gave me a bag of black tea and green tea for trial. Generally speaking, there are no disadvantages except that the room is a bit small.

The Didi driver thought we were locals and said it was an old hotel to receive leaders! After arriving, it did feel a bit fancy, with many photos of leaders, but the room I booked could be newly renovated! The front desk lady was very gentle, the hotel was in a good location, not far from anywhere, and the breakfast was very rich and very Korean style!

Overall, my stay was just average. The positive aspects are what one would expect from a Hilton chain hotel, so I won't elaborate. Instead, I'll focus on the downsides, which are as follows: 1. We weren't offered a complimentary room upgrade. A front desk staff member explained that coordinating upgrades for a three-day stay is difficult, unlike for a one-day stay. I kept pondering her logic, initially finding it quite amusing: no upgrade for a three-day stay, but yes for a one-day stay? Later, I grasped her reasoning from the hotel's perspective: a one-day free upgrade represents a smaller potential loss for them than a three-day one. From that viewpoint, I could grudgingly understand. 2. I have no idea which 'genius' designer was responsible for the layout of the room type I booked. Upon opening the door, you're directly facing a fire exit, with an elevator diagonally opposite. Then again, I reconsidered, perhaps the 'genius' designer's logic was that guests in this room type would need to evacuate quickly in case of a fire, hence positioning the room directly opposite the escape route (as shown in the accompanying photo). 3. Parking was extremely inconvenient. If you returned late, you had to find your own parking spot. 4. The breakfast was utterly unremarkable. Paying 88 RMB for it would be a complete waste of money. 5. Finally, the room's interior design is frankly indescribable. In short, there's absolutely no space for even a modest amount of luggage (refer to photos 3 and 4). My travel bag had to be placed on the floor. Then I reconsidered, perhaps the hotel believes their floors are spotless—cleaner than a face, even—which is the only way I can rationalize it. These points are merely for your consideration. One more thing: the room type I booked also faced the main road.

When traveling to the Northeast, this hotel in Yanji was the most satisfying one during the trip. From the cost performance to the environment and service, everything was impeccable. The service at the front desk was particularly good from the moment you entered the door. The environment was also very clean, and folk custom arrangements were arranged. The tickets to the park and the breakfast were also very good, and they also gave us souvenirs when we left. Originally, the three of us chose the parent-child suite, but there was a little hiccup in the middle, which was solved perfectly in the end. It was precisely because of this hiccup that we were even more disappointed. We deeply felt that every staff member of the hotel served sincerely based on the principle that the customer is God. We highly recommend it. I will definitely not step on the wrong trap. I just forgot to take a photo.

The hotel I chose for this trip was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was enveloped by an elegant yet incredibly welcoming ambiance. The exquisite decor and soft lighting perfectly created a sense of comfort. Check-in at the front desk was incredibly swift. The staff were exceptionally friendly; they not only provided a detailed overview of the hotel's facilities but also offered a guide to local attractions and recommended restaurants. This immediately built up my anticipation for exploring the city.

I stayed at the Youyike Hotel in Yanji for a few days and it was a truly great choice. The room was spotless and comfortable, with no unpleasant odors. The owner and staff were very friendly and polite. They patiently answered any questions I had and even offered suggestions for nearby restaurants and places to visit, saving me a lot of time. The location is also convenient; catching the bus or taxi is a breeze, and barbecue and local specialties are all within easy walking distance. My stay was incredibly stress-free, and the price was right. I'd love to stay here again next time I'm in Yanji.

Came to this city with my boyfriend, I like it very much, the place where I live is a plus, the environment is comfortable and clean, it cured me who has severe mysophobia, and I have a new yearning for the Northeast. Next time I will come again and stay at this hotel. I recommend everyone to come. In addition to having fun when traveling, the most important thing is to live comfortably and happily ✌️

The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, and the staff is warm. The room was clean and exquisite, there were many small details that were well done, there were several drinks in the refrigerator, and there were many charging sockets. The room was very quiet, the sound insulation was excellent, and I almost overslept. The children said they especially liked it here. The location of the hotel is excellent, eight or nine minutes walk from the water morning market, about 20 minutes to Yanbian University and the net red wall. When I checked out, I also sent a Yanji specialty gift package, which was a small surprise. I like the hotel that can be warmly served when I check out, and I recommend everyone to stay. I don't feel that I can't mention anything. If I have to mention one, it is recommended to provide children's toiletries.
