The hotel is 3.5 kilometers away from Yanji West Station. It takes less than ten minutes to get there by taxi. The room is quite large and has a balcony. The design is fresh, elegant and refined. I like this style. It has smart facilities and is clean. I visited the Peking University Night Market and the Yanbian University Internet celebrity wall. The next morning, I visited the West Market and the Floating Market. The high-speed rail station took 15 minutes to go to Tumen and checked in at the China-North Korea border. The efficiency was improved and I was very happy.

入住時酒店前台給升級了房間。第二天早上8點多退房後，下午4點多收到酒店電話，説酒店房間凳子有很大塊明顯的油污，懷疑是我入住造成的。我當時就表示我整理衣服時發現褲子上也有油漬，估計就是凳子上沾到的，那時我還天真的以為酒店要跟我道歉。直到酒店人員説可能是我在外面坐到油漬，然後回來坐凳子把凳子給弄臟了。我才明白，這是暗示要我賠償的意思啊。我問服務員有沒有在房間裏找到任何沾油的廢棄物，如果沒有，如果沒有憑什麼這麼理直氣壯來質問我。雖然時候通過平台調解，平台也代酒店致歉，但是酒店這樣的做法讓旅客很反感，而且當天下午的遊玩全無心情。無憑無據就質問客人，首先我沒在房間吃東西，包括水果都沒有吃。其次早上8點退房，過了8.9個小時聯繫顧客説房間有污漬的行為也非常不專業。

房間刺激性異味太大，我愛人咽炎都犯了，主要是房間裏還有蟋蟀，整整叫了一晚，最主要是給客服打電話沒人接，刺激性氣味的問題和客服溝通後，一直到退房也沒給個説法！本人對天也發誓了，往後餘生，永不再住希岸酒店！

酒店特別新，到處乾淨整潔，前台熱情接待，隨時遇到的服務人員都禮貌問候！到店的第一天當好是生日，還贈送了驚喜禮物，太開心啦！而且看到我們是一家三口，又給我們升級到家庭房！真是驚喜連連！需要礦泉水機器人隨時就給送來了，這是一家集專業衞生熱情貼心為一體的酒店！建議衞生間增加置物架

到前台辦理手續，工作人員説我訂錯了，查不到訊息，和我確認後，又查了一次，又説查到了，專業性差！到房間後，有潮濕異味兒，和前台溝通是否能調換下，前台説，您來晚就剩這一間了，開會空調通風就好了，這解釋有因果關係嗎？與照片中的房型完全不一樣，窗户很小，壓抑，我入住時間會導致房間的異味兒嗎？經理來房間表示了歉意和解釋，還算敬業，訂的另外一間房，晚上電源沒電，9點多維修工人來搶修，算是解決了，總體來講，體驗感很差，硬件設施需完善，人員專業需提升

環境：離西站3公里，上車很方便。周圍沒啥飯館，萬達廣場離的有點遠得打車去。
衞生：新裝修的房間算比較乾淨。
設施：智能語音就是個**，非常的難用，不知道哪個**想的？老老實實的面板就很好，非弄這個花裏胡哨的。給3分都多了。隔音也一般，能聽到隔壁説話。
