和朋友出行 定了兩間房 其中一間非常的冷 需要開空調 而且浴室的一面是玻璃 雖然做了處理但是透光性非常的好 非常的明亮 早上早早的就被晃醒！服務也是特別的好 主動問是否需要打掃房間 我覺得這都是可以理解的 無法理解的是我在酒店還丟了一條褲子 與酒店前台溝通了 説4月5日下午給我答覆 並且多次詢問我是否將褲子遺落在外面 我不明白酒店詢問這件事的意圖是什麼 説給答覆也沒給答覆 也沒有來電 褲子不值幾個錢 但是由褲子丟失的這件事請不難發現 酒店管理存在問題 其一：酒店安全問題，是否有除酒店工作人員之外的人進入房間。其二：若僅僅是酒店房嫂打掃過房間後將衣物誤認為客人不要的東西，那我認為酒店需要重新培訓相關工作人員。其三：酒店前台處理問題的態度和方式讓人覺得不舒服，一直説在幫我回憶我的褲子脱在哪裡，你認為這是合理的嗎？同時不認為自己酒店存在問題，也沒有給客户進行反饋。
