延吉全季酒店地理位置非常好，旁邊是百利城 1樓是UNIQLO ，星巴克，4樓有海底撈。最著名的西市場也在附近400公尺。水上市場大概距離900公尺。麥當勞大概在附近300公尺。

酒店是家正規經營的企業，特別是周邊噪音污染很嚴重，早晨6點左右酒店旁邊的工地就開始施工作業了，裝載機的噪音，打樁機的鐺鐺鐺鐺的噪音，半夜到凌晨兩點還在偷偷施工裝載機卸料的噪音回蕩在酒店的周圍，甚至還有鬼火青年半夜電瓶車上大聲放勁嗨音樂的噪音，建議對噪音厭煩的住客關心自己的身心健康和睡眠質量，關於噪音問題周邊的商住户和酒店工作人員都向當地政府反映晚上工地噪音擾民問題者無法得到有效解決和處理辦法，可見施工單位的開發商和當地政府的關係非常好，據酒店前台工作人員透露，施工工地也是要修建酒店，這個修建過程最快也要兩年時間左右吧，如果噪音問題得不到解決，可想而之周邊的商住户有多麼的惱火，本人半月內己入住該酒店三次，真實評價絕無水份，若不嫌棄歡迎以身試音
