來延吉帶孩子玩兒，住了三晚，整體還行，地點不錯，還有洗浴。就是房間太小，我得房間還有一股臭魚爛蝦味道，怎麼開窗户放都不行。
前台提供的早餐訊息不準確，導致我們第二天不能提早出發去長白山，另一家朋友九點到了餐廳就沒有什麼早飯了，這些訊息前台必須要知道。
其他的還不錯，早餐也很豐盛。洗浴的自助也超級贊。

這次入住體驗非常滿意！酒店的設施都很新，尤其是親子房設計得很貼心，空間佈局合理，和幾個朋友一起住完全不會覺得擠，三個人入住剛剛好，既舒適又温馨。
衞生方面也做得很好，房間整潔乾淨，細節到位，入住期間感覺非常舒服，像在家一樣放鬆。
特別要表揚前台娜娜，服務態度超級好，熱情周到，從辦理入住到離店都讓人倍感親切，為這次住宿加分不少！下次還會選擇這裏，也會推薦給朋友們～

衞生：感覺非常差 衞生間門上有很多頭髮 水杯上還有眼睫毛 掀開被子 我們鋪自己的床單 一看 還有頭髮
本來頭髮沒在意 但是後邊的真忍不了了 前台的解決方案就是給我們換床單 後來跟經理申請半天説換房間
大半夜快十二點 還得收拾東西換房間 説給我們升級房間 上去之後跟我朋友內間一樣 而且感覺更小 箱子打開都過不了人 真是挺無語的 不會再來！
轉天我們在景點拍照 給我打電話説解決方案 給我們退50塊 我也不缺這50 我就想跟大家説一下這個問題！後來我説我不接受 我現在在拍照不方便 他內邊就沒聲音了 一會我就掛了

第一次給酒店寫差評
房間很小，智能馬桶衹有熱馬桶圈，不自動沖水。吹風機衹能保持一個姿勢，稍微晃動就自動關機。半夜12:30到店的，詢問能不能稍微延遲退房一點，答覆不能，旺季客房緊張，全延吉就你們家緊張？本來睡的就晚，早上八點鐘同樓層準時開始裝潢施工，又鋸又砸，不具備接待能力能不能不接單？誰住酒店不是圖好好休息的。裝牙刷的備品櫃子裏全是水和泡沫，想喝點飲料冰箱是空的。第一次住以為和華馨薈在一起，到前台説不是，問停車場是不是相同的，吧枱説不知道。你們不是一家在經營嗎難道？洗髮水不起泡，洗了頭髮跟沒洗似的
