將近800塊錢的房間跟幾十塊錢的民宿似的，飲料小食沒有不説了，連杯子都是一次性紙杯套塑料袋？
自助洗衣，烘乾排到兩點，調好了一個半小時的烘乾，早晨醒了去拿，已經被別人裝到塑料袋裡了但還是濕的。烘乾中途不是被人拿出來還是怎麼的？
你們的前台服務態度，跟欠他200塊錢似的。昨天那男的女的連句你好都不會説？入住就給一張卡，再辦一張卡還要再20塊錢按金？你們防客人跟防賊是的，怎麼給你們好評？

房間非常新，配置也很高，家庭房房間很大，住着很舒心，感覺有四星的標準，入住的時候覺得非常不錯，後來才明白為啥衹是舒適型了，連續住兩天，找客房服務要兩包袋泡茶，態度一個不好，另外非常不樂意，告知他們都是按照房間每天有數量的，不能多給，當時告知我們兩間房連續住兩天，是否房間用品按照入住標準給足啊，花了一千多住酒店，一下感覺很不值了。
