Worst Trip Ever Worst stay ever, room very dirty, no cleaning staff, no towels, mosquitoes everywhere. The team is very bad. No one is helping, my husband lost his shoes from our room. I do not recommend this hotel at all. They do not speak English but Turkish. Our room is dirty all the time. No hand towels only for shower and after 3 requests. Bed sheets are very dirty. The bed is not comfortable

I don't usually make reviews but I feel this time I had to. We arrived at midnight starving and there was just some cold soup and uncovered bread in the kitchen, awful. Firstly I will say this hotel is out of the way totally, you can get he dolmus from the front of the hotel to go to fethiye, but you are packed onto this like sardines in a can! Taxi was about £20 one way. If you use the dolmus make sure you have ID on you, we got pulled over by tourist police and whole bus id were checked. Signal is awful so you have to pay £15 for wifi. We got into our room and were initially fine with it (it was a cave type room behind the theatre bit) there were a horrendous amount of flies in the bathroom, gross! I must note that with these cluster of rooms you get the pounding of the entertainment music til 11pm at night. day 2 we got back to our room and smelt sewage, then see that the toilet was leaking all over the floor when flushed, we went to reception who told us to go for dinner and they will get it sorted out. We did and then come back to the room, no change, after 2 hours they put us in a room down the road for the night, that didn't lock!!, and told us it would be sorted tomorrow. Next day we came back, it was sorted but the bathroom floor was absolutely filthy and the room still stank, we aired it out and dealt with it, next day same thing happened with the toilet!! We went to reception who sent maintenance, he didn't speak English so we had to communicate via Google translate, he said he couldn't fix it. We were loved rooms that day at 12, much better. This room was top floor but much nicer, more space and cleaner! Talking of cleaners, they liked to have a meeting outside our door at 7am which woke us up, but it is what it is. Food - awful to be honest. We checked breakfast out but never ate anything, it looked disgusting. They didn't even have any fruit?! Lunch time we would go to the snack bar - the pizzas were nice, burgers standard, chicken burgers rock hard, but better than the main restaurant. Dinner - never any themed nights, being in turkey you would expect kebabs etc, nothing like that. We basically ate like children for the week. Desserts were awful, because of it being a hot country they use a lot of gelatine so it's like rubber. A la carte - we used this and liked it! I wouldn't say it was 'a la carte' but compared to the restaurant it was nice. Breads and dips, a turkish deep fried cheese/sausage pepperoni thing, chicken (or fish) rice and chips (we said to them that maybe rice and some grilled veggies would have gone better than chips) we didn't stay for dessert, it was a deep friend ice cream, not our kind of thing. Complex - the shop onsite is expensive but convenient, walk up the road for the cheaper shop. Sweet shop looked ok. Spa looked lovely, we didn't use it but had spoken to other couples who had and said it was amazing. Bar staff were a good laugh, but the bar was always swarming with massive wasps where it

Uszkodzone lodówki mają przebicia i w końcu zostały wyłączone. Z drewnianych elementów leżaków wystają zardzewiałe śruby. Śmieci latają po całej plaży i wpadają do morza.

Hotel blisko plaży z pięknymi widokami.Ładne zachody słońca.Lubie kuchnię turecką więc jedzenie było w porządku.Pokoje i łazienki wymagają remontu albo przynajmniej gruntownego sprzątania. Recepcja mało sympatyczna w przeciwieństwie do managera Yigit Sefa Odul uśmiechniętego i pozytywnie nastawionego do gości.Spokojnie więc dobre miejsce na odpoczynek.

This hotel was shockingly bad. It is advertised as a 4 star and I believe this needs to be altered as it would be generous to even give it a 3 star. Upon arrival we walked into reception and noticed that there were guests already complaining about something in a foreign language. The receptionist was extremely rude to them and sent them away. This was already bad sign for us however we shrugged it off and looked forward. When checking in, the receptionist was constantly on her mobile phone and calling people whilst we were talking to her. We were then told to wait aside and someone will pick us up in a buggy and take us to our room. We were then met with the buggy driver who was also rude and simply came up to us and said “go now” and pointed at the buggy. He then drove us to our block of rooms. I could only describe his driving as mental, we were clipping curbs and getting thrown about. Instead of getting out and actually showing us where our room is he simply stayed on his phone, stopped on the pavement and shouted “OKAY”. We then took our bags and then he drove away recklessly. We then eventually found our room and entered it and we were immediately taken away by how poor the room looked. It was extremely dated and dirty and furniture was falling off the walls. There was black mold growing in the bathroom. All metallic surfaces were coated in limescale and falling apart. The air con unit was filthy. There were mouldy lemons on the balcony and we were generally surprised by the state of the room. We had then immediately turned to the reviews to see if this was what was to be expected and it indeed was. It is also worth mentioning that the mini fridge was covered in mold too. Once we had finished taking in how poor our room was we decided to go and get a drink to try and make it feel a bit better, we proceeded to the pool bar and was met with one of the many rude staff at the hotel. I was initially ignored multiple times and they spoke to people in Turkish, completely ignoring myself at the bar. It wasn’t until I actually had to shout “can I get a drink” to get any response. I was huffed at and the staff did not say anything. We then went back to the room to get our own towels. When we left and were in the communal hallway my partner was assaulted by one of the cleaners. She grabbed and pushed my partner shouting “NO BEACH, NO BEACH” then continued shouting in Turkish of which we do not know. This continued until a staff member who also spoke no English came along and called reception for us so we could understand what they were saying. The cleaner was telling us we cannot take their towels to the beach. We were not going to the beach and they were our towels. We explained to the man at reception that the cleaner just assaulted my pregnant partner and they did not even acknowledge it let alone apologise for it. We had then moved on and relaxed at the beach which was unusually nice considering our experience so far. We had then gone to
