多年前出差每次來這裏都住他家 那時叫玄武匯金 那時設施不錯 現在確實有些陳舊和落伍了 但酒店和周邊環境那是沒得説 非常好👍

設施陳舊，春節入住空調是壞的，訂的還是商務套房，居然屋裡温度16度，晚上九點多要休息，一直維修設備到將近夜裡十二點，還是沒修好，然後説給換個房間，無奈衹好搬東西換地方。因為帶着父母，年紀大不方便，很折騰。但是更換的房間比我預訂的房間檔次差不少，好多設施沒有辦法用，所以要求酒店添加必要設施，但酒店沒有。又説原來房間空調修好，可以搬回去。沒辦法衹能又開始拿着一堆行李往回搬，回到原來房間，空調確實是修了，但是還是不熱。沒有辦法，已經後半夜了，長者需要休息，所以湊合了一夜。温度始終在19度20度。第二天退房時找了酒店，希望他們能就這個事兒給個處理意見。我不能花1300多一晚住這樣的酒店，酒店説是當天給回覆。但是一直到今天，酒店拒不解決。態度惡劣。來揚州的各位，留神這個酒店吧，設施陳舊，體驗感極差！！！！？
