硬件設施環境：審美在線，大氣温婉，酒店園林和小童樂園均未開放，周邊都在建設和裝修基本沒什麼好逛，床品舒適，木製傢俱多所以酒店剛開業氣味還是很大。所以我們帶着寶寶住了一晚（具體説是12個小時吧）就趕緊退房了服務：迎賓、前台、行李寄存服務、及客房服務人員都很熱情周到。有迎賓賀卡、無迎賓水果，有考慮家庭出行提前溝通配備小童拖鞋牙刷，暖風機、發送酒店定位。餐飲服務人員對比之下稍顯侷促，也可能是我們凌晨一點才到，寶寶不適應氣味三點才休息早上十點才用餐，餐飲急於打烊。菜品還可以，中式餛飩拌麪陽春麪，其它的就是一點水果飲品麪包蛋糕等可以滿足出行需求。地理位置：離大運河博物館5-6公里，離各景區約20分鐘機場40分鐘-1小時左右。除開氣味問題打4.9分，氣味原因含在裏面現在就打4分吧希望日後能成為揚州酒店標桿

來揚州推薦這家凱賓斯基旗下的酒店，2025年9月新開的，今日最開心，在萬象滙等了幾個小時，粉絲後援會中了二等獎，回到酒店收到團隊感謝信，還聽到想聽的歌曲，滿滿的驚喜。早上的早餐也非常nice，品種太多了，吃不過來，特別説一下這裏的甜點，超級OK，500元住五星酒店超值啦！

無論是設施、環境、衞生和服務，都是品質很高的酒店。房間寬敞明亮，房間內整潔乾淨，裝修、傢俱品質都很不錯，特別喜歡酒店的床墊，睡着非常舒服。早餐種類很豐富，中餐的味道很好，酒店還有自助餐。非常感謝Lillian、Freya、Layley細緻周到的服務！總的來説這是一次非常棒的入住體驗，下次來揚州，還會選擇這家酒店。

前台接待很熱情，私人管家還加微信告知幾點到準備好導航位置，因為是今年新開業的酒店房間有點味道，主動升級換了一個房間，環境特別好，早餐吃的也很舒心，值得推薦
