房型很好，一家人可以在一起，樓上樓下不打擾。但是衞生要加強，房間有蟲子，樓梯有浮灰。設備方面空調聲音有點大，然後樓上樓下的照明控制好像是聯動的，有點bug

趕在台風背背佳抵達之前入住，好歹趕上了，但是洗澡的時候房間居然漏水，從射燈處不停的漏，打電話前台告知解決不了，大晚上再換房間。其實硬件哪怕多新都有可能出現這種情況，概率問題，遇到自認倒黴，可是遇到突**況衹是一味換房，沒有任何説法，一個道歉也沒有，一絲絲補償機制都沒有，談何服務質量呢，換位思考，誰又願意大半夜大包小包的換房呢，新酒店環境設施都對得起價位，服務確實有待提升！

很驚喜的一個酒店，環境設施都很好，早餐可以趣園早茶。解決酒店早餐到底吃不吃的糾結，酒店服務人員很熱情主動。去大運河博物館很方便。下次帶長者再來。

環境蠻好的，趣園就在樓下。免費升級了庭院房，蠻不錯的。
下面説説缺點：新開的酒店沒有泳池，不太方便。
早餐不錯，晚餐太太太太太難吃了。晚餐就在二樓吃的，人生第一次因為菜太難吃退的（三個大人一起吃的 全部覺得那個酸菜魚太難吃了 也不新鮮 跟服務員説了一下 服務員端走後説不算錢 送給我們了 笑死了 我們就嚐了下端走了 説送給我們了 當然送我們我們也不會吃的） 乾絲也很難吃 但是還可以忍受😓 來揚州的第一天 對它的印象大打折扣。
