One of the best customer service from the front desk that I have experienced in a long time. 石妍艳 (I think her name is Arial) upgraded my Tatami room to a large king size room and she personally lead us to the room. She added me to her Wechat and forwarded some food guides in Yangzhou. The room is clean. Location is excellent if you want to visit the Dongguan Old Street and the many restaurants within walking distant. She offered to deliver some desserts to our room int he evening. Upon checking out, there was a gift waiting for us. It was a box of the famous candy from Yangzhou. Thanks to 石妍艳 and her colleague for their nice hospitality and gestures.

Dongguan Street/Pishi Street | 0.6km from Dongguan Street
The location is at the intersection of Wenchang Middle Road and Guoqing Road, about 300 meters from Dongguan Street, Caiyi Street, and more than 600 meters from Pishi Street. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel. It is a public parking lot and cannot accommodate many cars. Therefore, it is recommended to park in and don't move. Parking in Yangzhou Old Town is also difficult. Taking a taxi or a shared electric car is enough. Ruixing has a restaurant downstairs in the hotel, and there is an ancient tea shop just a short walk away (the resentment of Shanghai people).
I booked a room with a balcony. The advantage is that the room is very big and not as cramped as a fast hotel. Even if you don’t want to go anywhere and just lie in the hotel, you won’t feel aggrieved. It’s not a big problem for a family of three. You can also go to the balcony. Look at the main road downstairs. The bathroom is not big, but it is completely adequate. It even comes with a magnifying mirror, you can believe it. The disadvantage is that it is a bit noisy. I was unlucky on the day I stayed. Road construction started at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. It was loud and took about 2 hours. However, the road was repaired the next morning and it did not affect traffic.
I feel that the price of less than 300 (without breakfast) is completely affordable.

The hotel is in a good location. Slender West Lake is across the road, and Yangzhou Banquet and Fun Park are next to it. Dongguan Street and Pishi Street are not far away.
This time we stayed in a garden view king-size bed room. The hotel itself is designed as a garden landscape. There is also a cafe in the hotel where you can pet cats. Next to it are free-range cute pets, black swans, peacocks, and guinea fowls. After dinner in the evening, I went to soak in a hot spring. It was so comfortable.
What is particularly worth recommending is that the service here is so good.
When checking in, the beautiful Xiao Chen at the front desk saw that the child and his father were both having birthdays, so she arranged a guest room to quietly help me decorate the room. When we returned to the hotel, the child saw the exquisite decoration and small gifts, and his eyes were bright. The housekeeper Ding Bei was very considerate and sent me a guide to Yangzhou. A massager was also arranged in the room. I needed two more bottles of water and buckwheat pillows, which were also delivered as requested.

Very good hotel, perfect facilities, hot spring water from 9 am to 12 pm, very sufficient, the time is a bit long, that's because the pool is not small, and the room service has introduced it. It is part of the scenic area. Although you need to buy a separate ticket to enter the scenic area, you can also see a little across the lake. It would be more perfect if the side gate can also be connected with the scenic area. The copying place seemed very simple at first, it turned out that I went too early. I've been to Yangzhou several times for business reasons but by far my stay at this hotel has been the best. The hotel is quite new and has great facilities. The rooms are big and perfect for working and the breakfast buffet and fitness room are great additions. I want to make a very special remark on the outstanding customer care service delivered by Miss.Nancy ( the front desk manager). Her top quality help provided in order to overtake all the language barriers has made our business trip the most comfortable one so far. We will have to go back Yangzhou in the future again and from now on this hotel is going to be our first choice for sure.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, especially for the price. Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was spacious, and everything inside our room were disinfected and vacuumed sealed. The gym was fully equipped with a nice yoga room. The staff even opened the gym for me when I needed to use it at 5AM outside their normal operating hours. Breakfast was superb. You can taste the quality of the food, especially the fresh brewed coffee and homemade yogurt. The only downside was limited amount of laundry machines, but the pros outweighed the con for sure.

SSajadWe were there 2 nights for business trip, the hotel front desk were amazing really they are great,also all staff they were very polite and kindness, the room clneas ,amenities, all things were good.we arrived late about 10 PM and they prepared to us a delicious noodles, also our ticket was 4 o'clock and we were tired the hotel let us be there till 3 pm instead of 12.
We recommend this hotel to every one they are wonderful

The location is near afew famous tourist street. However, the bus stop to take the bus to the railway station is at a location that requires you to go through one of these streets. The pavement on these streets are uneven and rough, making it difficult for you to move through with your luggage.
Cleanliness:
The room is quite clean. The hairdryer holder have afew strands of hair from previous users but otherwise, no issue with cleanliness. If you click on the switch to request room to be tidied up when you are out, they will tidy up the room for you nicely and even replenish the supplies you’ve used like bedroom slippers, toothbrush, etc.
Service:
The staff are friendly and Informative. They make sure to notify you of where each item you need are located. They helped to store my cake in the fridge for me so that it won’t turn bad during my stay there. If you order delivery, you can request for the driver to place the food on the counter and notify the staff. They will bring the food to your room.
Amenities:
The firmness of the bed and pillows are just right, ensuring that I sleep comfortably. I’m not sure if the hair dryer is legit as I do not own one. The hair dryer makes my hair more dry but it blows dry quickly. There’s no hair condition so please bring your own if needed. I have oily scalp so their shampoo wasn’t too my liking but I do like their shower gel. Their disposable toothbrush is very soft, even sensitive gums can use it. The TV is very big and there are vip subscription for all the Chinese streaming apps, allowing my friend to enjoy her favourite TV Drama series.
Overall, my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

GGuest UserThe Blossom House is clean, stylishly furnished throughout, and very well run, by efficient staff who offered a genuinely caring service which made us feel at home. It is conveniently located in a quiet corner of a large, up market compound with many eateries, pubs and even a Starbucks that opens till 10pm, and is situated by the Slender Lake which is picturesque beyond words. In early summer the air was always so fresh and we could hear the birds sing on the balcony in the morning. The hotel also has a well equipped 24-hour self-service laundry room which is especially convenient to us.
Special thanks to Emma and her team who have looked after us very well, always with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble.
Yangzhou is a beautiful historic city which is relatively unspoiled. It is very rich in culture and the locals are nice and friendly. This was our first visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience there. We shall return to this wonderful city and hotel!

The tall courtyard wall, waterscape and pine trees complement each other in Chinese-style landscaping, and the corridors full of lanterns are very artistic.
Facilities: The homestay also implements traditional culture in details, such as ancient poems on the door card, such as the names of rooms and supporting facilities.
The room type I stayed in this time was Jinshi Jidi, which is a two-story courtyard with two rooms upstairs and downstairs. It is suitable for a family of many people to travel or travel with friends. There is an outdoor sofa and coffee table in the courtyard. You can see the water when you look down and the sky when you look up.
The room is clearly divided, and the functional division formed by the partition has good privacy. The four-separation bathroom is fully functional and spacious. There are sofas and single seats in the living room area, which can be used for family travel and chatting and gathering. There is even a soft area for rest, reading or making a pot of tea.
Service: The staff are relatively friendly, and they help to carry the suitcase. Breakfast and other issues will be informed and arranged in advance. Room was very big and clean, and in the bathroom there is a Dyson hair dryer that dries hair at the speed of light. The view outside the hotel is also amazing.
Very convenient location, 10ish minutes away taxi ride from 瘦西湖 and 大明寺. There is also a nice cafe with a selection of Chinese bakery right next to the hotel, as well as a restaurant and some other stuff that we didn’t get to see(including a hot spring, which we were given free tickets to).
Would definitely choose this hote when we visit Yangzhou again, 10/10 experience.

KKristi MarconiThe resort grounds are beautiful. The room was great with the outside tub. It was very far from town and we could not get a Didi to come there so we had to take a bus to go to splendid west lake. I booked a room that said it came with free flow mini bar, fishing, biking and entry into the wetlands. There was no minibar and when I asked, they brought us two bags of chips and sodas. This is not what I call free flow or a bar. I complained to trip and they eventually sent us a bottle of wine. I never received any info about the fishing or biking, even though I asked. There is no entry fee to the wetlands so I’m not sure why they put this as a perk. Also, the bar out front was closed and the lobby bar only had fruit beer. There was a sign with 20 drinks listed but everything was out. The restaurant was amazing and the most positive experience. Great food and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was awesome. The restaurant had beverages but they do not open until 6 PM. I would not stay here again based on my experience.

GGuest UserCheck in at the hotel front desk, go upstairs and scan your face to open the door, and the curtains will open automatically when you enter the door. Xiaodu Xiaodu wakeup can only turn on and off the lights, etc. At night, when I order takeout, a small robot will deliver it to the door and tell me to pick it up. For me, I really like this kind of unmanned accommodation experience throughout the whole process. The hygiene is relatively good. The sheets and pillowcases are not mottled. At first glance, they are all white and stain-free. There is no peculiar smell on the body, and the children are not allergic. The only shortcoming is that the sound insulation is average. The flaws do not outweigh the merits. Overall, the front desk gave the children a lacquer fan when I checked in on May 1st, but since we came to Yangzhou, the children still made two by themselves.

MMaiothe lady at the reception informed me that I was getting an upgrade to a larger room. how very kind of the staff.
about the hotel: the upgraded room was nice and big, got a nice window, nice a/c, comfy sofa. If I have to point at something I do not particuarly like is the bathroom: I'm not fond of the toilet and bathroom facilities made of that sort of hardened plastic, feels/looks weird to me.
Position is also nice, there are a bunch of hotels in the area and there's a shopping mall close by, I had dinner close to the hotel and it was delicious (seafood restaurant), it's also on a reasonable walking distance from one of the entrances of the slender west lake (I went to the night opening, entrance ticket is not cheap (120 rmb) but I think the park at night wasn't bad at all). Beside that you can hop on the bas stop which is just nearby to get to the station to one side or the old town to the other, transportation is quite convenient (also because the city itself is not that big).
anyway, I enjoyed my stay, the room size is definitely very generous and I would totally stay again and recommend it.

Jjoseph grayThe location is good next to the Donghu Wetland Park (walking distance) although it's hard getting around if you don't have a car. The place is big, and you get a balcony with your room. It's also quiet. Unfortunately, the day I was leaving, my Didi/taxi driver I got ended up wasting my time for 30min (he kept driving further away from me--I don't know why) and then canceled on me and made me miss my train (I'm sure the hotel staff remember me exploding on the phone with him in the lobby). The hotel was good enough to arrange a ride for me (although I still didn't make the train on time). Luckily, I was able to get another train as I had to be at work at 7am the next morning. Anyway--it's a fine hotel for the money, but I wish transportation from there was a bit more reliable/frequent.

Geyuan is right next to Dongguan Street, which can be said to be quiet in the bustling city. The facilities in the room are good, the boss is warm and sincere, and also told us several Huaiyang restaurants that locals often eat. I will stay at his house next time.
