優點是民宿服務態度好，民宿大廳設計很有特點，適合飲茶休閑，餐廳也很寬敞。缺點是民宿位置很偏，外面修路坑坑窪窪，顛簸一路；周邊風景有些凌亂，蚊蟲較多；此外房間房型很奇怪，房間下層利用率很低。從性價比看，與節假日期間的高房價不匹配。
