訂好房間，確認好，我們才出發的……路上，差不多到了，店家給我們打電話説我們定了，確定的房間是錯了的，跟我説給我去另一間店找了兩個大床房，我説我們帶着小孩的，需要雙床房，然後態度不好起來，叫我退訂！我説不是我的錯，為何要我退訂！我帶着小孩已經在路上了，突然要我退訂，假期期間，去到已經差不多晚上了，如果沒有房間怎麼辦？太不瞭解我們了，這樣的商家確實太無良了！但是到達後給了我們也是他借來的房間，感覺很不安全，又不能跟同伴住一起！不方便！

第一次遇到這樣的神操作，訂了4個房間，兩晚。在第二晚深夜11點40分突然房間門被一個男人打開，説是來修密碼鎖。但時把門間的小夥伴都驚呆了。我馬上和商家溝通這問題，而且明確表示不接受這個時間段來修鎖。但我的明確拒絕被商家拒絕了。然後另外3個房間都被強行打開。包括一個兩小女生住的房間，她們已經很有自我保護意識了，用行李把房門頂住才睡，但也不強倖免。照樣被強行推開。真是花一樣的價錢有不一樣的體驗。

酒店的海景真是令人陶醉！從客房的窗户望出去，一片無垠的海洋盡收眼底，在這樣的環境中度假，無疑是一種極致的享受。對於熱愛大海、嚮往寧靜與美好的我來説，鴻光酒店的海景絕對是一大亮點，不容錯過！酒店的價格真是太實惠了！暑假期間價格還是很實在，客房的設施、服務的質量，都完全超出了這個價格所帶來的期待。這次讓我感受到物超所值的體驗。價格不僅親民，而且絲毫沒有降低住宿的舒適度和滿意度。酒店的位置和交通都十分便利，周邊設施齊全。無論是出行還是休閑購物，都很便捷。強烈推薦給需要在此區域住宿的朋友們！很滿意這次這次旅程！！！

第一間房實在太臟牆還是爛的，換了一間後搞衞生的阿姨也是高手，居然用水直接洗空調，水漏得整屋都是，整個房間跟用水沖一樣，我孩子直接就滑倒了。
