This homestay is right on the lower reaches of the Li River. The river view room is so beautiful. Sitting by the window, you can see the beautiful scenery at a glance. It is very comfortable to watch TV series on the big screen. The breakfast 🍳 is also good. The boss was afraid that we would not eat enough, so he specially increased the amount. Parking 🅿️ is also very convenient. It is not far to drive to several nearby scenic spots. The room is the same as described on Ctrip, neat and clean. The most worth mentioning is that the scenic spot tickets booked by the boss for us are much cheaper than those booked on a certain platform. It is recommended that you make more comparisons before buying tickets.

The location is quite remote, in a village, on the other side of the Li River from West Street. Building 2 and Building 3 are not the location of this hotel. The delivery man can't find it. It takes an hour and a half to wait for a takeaway. The only advantage is the price.

Positives
It had a great view.
Staff were accommodating helping us to get a better room.
Big spacious room.
The bath tub is as advertised

Negatives
Our initial room had no fridge, and the room itself wasn't to our liking, which resulted in us requesting a change.
Rooms were big and seemed empty, especially for the size of the room. They could use a workstation to help fill the room.
When we arrived, the room wasn't that clean; floors dirty. They don't clean on a daily basis during ur stay. Even when requested to clean, they did minimal cleaning. Windows are also not clean.
Location is a bit secluded ( this can be a positive) transporation wasn't as assessable.
The window in the room isn't tinted, so if u open the curtain, people on the outside can look in.
Breakfast was not great.
There are not many delivery options due to the location.
Our stay was during the Chinese New Year, and there were fireworks next to the building, which was noisy during the night.
It was a nice getaway with many nearby activities like horse riding, hot air balloon paragliding, atv. There is also a nearby cafe that sells decent( ish) food. If these problems are addressed, then it would make someone else's stay more pleasant.

Really, nothing beats the large windowed Li river views at this honestly. Extremely roomy quarters with great amenities. One bedroom can comfortably host a family of four with young children. It is right by the waterfront, facing the famous West Street area but minus the noise at night. We slept sooo very well at this homestay. If you book a rooftop room the roof is also in glass and when the drapes are pulled you can literally see the sky. Could not have asked for more, friendly and helpful staff and everything was simply perfect. Thank you.

Stayed two nights here during our visit to Yangshuo, the view is even more incredible than it appears in photos! The staff were friendly and able to help us with the features of the room as well as how to get the ferry across to the town. Easily reachable with Didi and a must-stay on a Yangshuo trip!
