Climbers Inn (West Street)

We were very happy with everything in general, the room, the location... At check-in, the key was on the counter and everything was very fast. We wanted to go on a motorcycle tour and they rented us a motorcycle right there in perfect condition for 25 yen with no extra deposit. They even helped us choose a route by marking the points of interest. So far, everything was great. The only drawback is that we rented the motorcycle for one day and that same afternoon we parked it to go up to the room. When we went down to get the motorcycle to go out to dinner, it wasn't there (it didn't take long to go back down). The owner of the establishment (who was the one who assisted us the entire time) took it away without asking if we were finished with it, knowing we were in the hotel room because we had been talking to her earlier. I understand that she thought we were finished using it, but I find it rude and quite strange that she didn't ask us before taking it since we had paid for the service for the whole day, we still had the helmets and the motorcycle keys. We also saw several rental motorcycles parked there, but ours was the only one she took. We didn't have her contact information, nor did we see her again at the hotel, so we weren't able to speak to her about this incident.

I was so lucky to stay in such a great B&B on this trip! The view outside the balcony is superb. The room is very warm and comfortable to live in. But what I remember most is the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of sister Lilly in helping me plan my trip and rock climbing! I also learned a lot. (It is very suitable for friends who are interested in rock climbing) Sister Lilly also added a lot of warmth and beauty to my trip. I look forward to meeting her next time! I strongly recommend this inn. It's super awesome! !
