The hotel has a good environment, clean and tidy, convenient transportation, and is close to West Street and Shilihualang. Xiao Pan, the front desk clerk of the hotel, provided warm and thoughtful service. My family and I were very satisfied with the stay and will patronize it again next time.

This is my first time staying at Xi'an Hotel in Guilin Yangshuo West Street Lijiang Scenic Area. I am very satisfied. I like this Xi'an Hotel very much. It is very clean, convenient for transportation, and the environment is super warm and comfortable. The service at the front desk is especially good. The beautiful girl Xiao Pan at the front desk (her work badge photo is below) is warm and thoughtful, very considerate, and has strong business ability. It makes people feel at home. It must be praised with five stars.
