However, what satisfies me most is the service of the staff here. From the front desk staff to the restaurant waiters, to the staff in each store, they are all full of smiles, which makes people feel very warm. It was more than nine o'clock in the evening on the day of arrival. The front desk brother received a call and immediately went to the scenic area to answer the call. Enthusiasticly checked us in, helped with the luggage, and sent us all kinds of items we needed one by one, and asked us what breakfast we needed to prepare the next day. The service was great! When I booked the hotel before, although I bought a package, Xiao Luo at the front desk also upgraded the parent-child room. Because we had so many people, the coupons in the package were doubled. The details of the service are still reflected everywhere: we didn't catch up with the bamboo raft boat time, and Xiao Gan at the front desk negotiated with the bamboo raft boat to help us change the time, and personally sent us there; the restaurant carefully prepared breakfast every day, and Xiao He and other staff served us with a smile every day. The hotel is especially suitable for families with two children. Bamboo rafts, intangible cultural heritage round fans, small trains, carousels, and deep-sea VR are all very popular activities for children. There is also an activity room for children. Dabao said that next time we come to Yangshuo, we will stay in this hotel again~~

I had originally booked other rooms but had to cancel them, but I decisively continued to stay. There were round fans, a small train, bamboo rafting, afternoon tea, and VR experience, all provided by the hotel. The children were so happy!
