訂的大床房，進去就明顯感覺到房間很臟，地上還有一個牙簽，感覺沒拖地。我自己買的濕巾，擦得桌子，擦完濕巾都黃了。洗澡的地方有一股腳臭味。我自己買的八四消毒液消毒。床上感覺就換了被套，我自己買的一次性四件套。這些我其實都可以忍，因為才花了220塊左右。我忍不了的是酒店的旅遊部的女的還有保安。我在其他地方租的車，因為下雨，我停在了酒店門口，酒店旅遊部那個女的就讓我把車挪了，説妨礙他們自己要出租的電動車充電了。上來就命令我挪走！真的是莫名其妙，好聲好氣説我就挪了，她這一説，一下子就火了。然後這個女的還叫保安一起，就得非讓我把車挪了，在那吵吵我，酒店的保安也很那個女的一夥，要打我。最後酒店經理出麪把那兩個人隔開了，幫我挪了。酒店衞生方面我都可以忍，就是旅遊部負責租電動車的女的和保安！知道自己做的是服務行業嗎？這樣對客人？酒店你們處理不處理這倆人你自己看着辦吧，反正沒下次了！我之前住酒店都不會評價了。因為沒空！謝謝她倆讓我開了先河。

酒店位置其實還不錯，對面有肯德基，有戲樓是個商場，去十里畫廊也方便，房間偏小，但這個地方全縣是旅遊資源，酒店房間基本差不多的。
這家店的工作人員都很好，有需求有問題都很熱情，退房時工作人員廖婉玉很細心，給小朋友拿水。

酒店房間的乾淨整潔，佈置得温馨又舒適，住起來特別安心。衞生間做了乾濕分離，打掃得一塵不染，沒有一點異味，細節之處盡顯品質。床軟硬適中，像被雲朵包裹着，晚上睡得又香又甜，消除了一天遊玩的疲憊。
前台工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住迅速又高效，還會貼心地推薦周邊好玩的景點和當地特色美食，給出遊玩建議，就像老朋友一樣。出行時還會提醒注意天氣，真的太暖心啦。

這次來陽朔旅遊，選的城市便捷桂林陽朔十里畫廊店簡直太讓我驚喜了！
酒店位置特別好，就在核心旅遊地段，去各個景點都很方便。旁邊有熱鬧的陽朔戲樓，吃飯、逛街、買東西都不愁，離十里畫廊景區也很近，騎個小電驢幾分鐘就到，沿途的風景美不勝收。而且距離西街步行也就15分鐘左右，晚上去西街感受熱鬧的氛圍，回來也不覺得遠。
房間乾淨整潔，住起來特別舒服。
前台的工作人員服務態度特別好，辦理入住的時候速度很快，還熱情地給我推薦周邊好玩的地方和好吃的美食。出門的時候還貼心提醒我注意天氣，真的特別暖心。
酒店的性價比超高，這次入住體驗感拉滿，下次來陽朔我肯定還選這兒！
