此次入住城市便捷十里畫廊店，狀況頻出，源頭在於店長的諸多不當操作，令人對東呈集團的用人機制產生質疑。
該店地理位置不錯，臨近戲樓路口，交通方便，周邊景點步行可至。然而，店長的一系列行為卻破壞了這份美好。
到店前，店長妄圖依據過時規則收取升房差價。好在我早有防備，識破其欺詐之舉後聯繫客服，才阻止了他的行為。儘管他事後道歉，但我明白不可再輕易相信。
入住當日，問題依舊不斷。客房清掃因人員和客流量因素並不理想，店長卻謊稱客房三天一打掃。當我追問細節時，他先編造“四天循環”的謊言，後又改口“隔天換床單”，經核實全是假話，這明顯是利用訊息不對稱誤導客人。
而在處理錯扔我食品用具一事上，店長更是錯得離譜。他不顧客觀事實提出違背食品安全原則的方案，被我否定後仍擅自執行。我在樓下讓前台處理時，他在前台咆哮，行為無理。幸得前台同事頭腦清醒，配合我應對，才沒造成更大混亂。這種在公區對客人毫無尊重的行為，違背行業基本準則，連餐廳方面都被驚動，主動與我溝通以避免他再生事端。
不過，這家店也有值得肯定之處。前台不少員工工作負責，會積極跟進客人需求；客房大姐經調整後工作失誤減少；餐廳因我報備過敏源而格外用心。

A hotel with a good location. It's quite quiet on the side of the road and the breakfast is very good. It's not far from West Street and also close to Shili Gallery. The room is fully equipped and clean!
