環境很好，管家Joss的服務很貼心！不過用身高來規定小童早餐的標準規定並不合理，應該以年齡為準，比如12歲以下，起碼小學生以小童身份跟着父母出遊也很合理吧。

Overall, it was a great stay. Thanks to Emily, the housekeeper, for her enthusiastic service.
Positives: The location is quiet and the environment is great. The view of the Li River bamboo rafts is fantastic. There are peacocks, ducks, geese, and large koi fish to feed, which adds to the fun.
The service was thoughtful, helping us make the sofa for the children to sleep on. The room service was authentic, and the Western food was excellent. Overall, it was very good, and the housekeeper was very responsive. Five stars.
However, there are two areas that could be improved: The mini bar in the villa is charged, which is a bit surprising. Many better hotels now offer free mini bars, but Banyan Tree, as a luxury hotel, is stingy in this regard. The free laundry service requires special bags and a card, which I didn't know about, so I didn't take advantage of it.
