陽泉市的一個老牌酒店，位置很好，基本在市區繁華地段，服務，衞生，環境都很好，就是設施有些老。

衞生環境總體一般，但服務很差。
1、本來走了一天很累，結果上來客房門打不開，下去換了一個卡，還是打不開。我説換個房間，結果把我們晾在樓道好長時間，下去叫人修。這不是待客之道。
2、我是攜程會員，享受免押免查房待遇，結果又是收按金，又是退房時查房，還説防止客房丟東西（其實房間設施很簡陋，根本沒有什麼東西。最後她説衞生間裏有刷牙的杯子。荒唐不？）。把客户當賊防就不是經營之道。
3、退房時，前台辦理的女士態度及其惡劣，我僅僅説了一句，難道山西的旅店業都一樣，都收按金？她盡然説我們山西就是落後怎麼樣？我有這意思嗎？若不是着急趕路，一定坐下來和她們領導理論理論。
