I stayed in a room in the new building. The room was very clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The club lounge was closed so a regular room was fine, unfortunately.
The bathtub water was brown and murky so I couldn't use it on the first night.
There wasn't a wide variety of breakfast options, you had to make your own coffee, and the staff cleared away all their drinks and food without paying any attention to their surroundings. It was disappointing service.
I now understand why it wasn't crowded.
