I pressed the wrong button and made a reservation for a date a month before. I noticed it right away and had the agent contact me, but GHotel continued to ignore my agent's contact and didn't respond, so in the end I couldn't even change the date and it was treated as Now Show.
Even if they said it was non-refundable, I would still be staying at the same hotel after the change, so if you look at it over a span of a month, it's the same number of nights, so shouldn't they be able to accommodate me?

The room is small but bright and clean. The soundproofing is poor. The staff are friendly but not flexible about the rules. The check-in time is 2pm, and I completed the procedure at 1:40pm, but they didn't let me into the room, and when I checked out, they called me more than an hour before to remind me.
If they are going to keep to the check-in time, wouldn't it be okay to call them about 15 minutes before check-out, since check-out is only available to guests until 12pm?

The lunch was delicious so I stayed with breakfast included,
but I had high expectations, so it was disappointing.
