Convenient location between the airport and the city center. The center is easily accessible by public transport. There are no traffic jams to the airport, you can quickly get there by taxi. You can leave your luggage at the hotel until check-in, which is a plus.

It's just a place that's worth the price.
The location seems a bit weird, but since you have to take a taxi everywhere, it doesn't really matter.
There's a convenience store, foot massage shop, and other local restaurants 2 minutes away.
There's a shopping mall 5 minutes away. You can buy meals or snacks there.
The receptionist is not friendly, but they have a business mind, and the guy who looks like a team leader is a little rude.
The rooftop is old, and the pool is like a neighborhood sushi restaurant.
The rooftop food is really bad, so I don't recommend it.
The breakfast was just so-so..

Very good. Price-quality. Pulls at 4*. On the roof there is a swimming pool and an observation deck. Close to the sights. Breakfasts are good. Service is excellent. The only minus is that the towels are not quite white!
