I always use this service when I travel to Myanmar for business.
This time, even though my reservation was officially completed, when I checked in at the hotel on the day, I was told that my reservation had not been made, and I had a bit of trouble checking in, as I was charged a double deposit. The Pan Pacific is a wonderful hotel, located in the city center. Rooms are spacious and very beautifully designed. Breakfast was excellent. Service was also very good and there was always someone ready to help if necessary. Wifi is decent but can be spotty and finicky at times. It's a great hotel in a great location.

The bellboy and security are the same people, so they greet you in a friendly manner.
On the other hand, the person at the front desk is different every time you check in, so it doesn't feel very friendly.
Even though I've used the facility last month and the month before, I was asked if it was my first time.
I used the pool this time as well, but there were cigarette butts on the ground and it was disappointing that it wasn't properly cleaned.
This time, I was shown to a slightly small room for the first time.
I realized I'd been lucky up until now.
Also, it was disappointing that the sheets were a little dirty.
