首先，我們下午五點入住才剛剛打掃好衞生，衞生間一地水，一股拖把腥氣的味道，訂了兩間房，備註陽台海景一起，結果一間安排在6樓，一間安排在7樓，且不説房間不一樣，找前台換同層房間被告之滿房換不了，明明同層還有其他房間，前台告訴已登記入住換不了，訂房前已備註，無耐行李收在一起衹能上下樓跑。店家讓12點前退房，11點38分上網失效，電卡失效，有種逐客的感覺。其次礁石灘海堤海景，不是沙灘海景（想擁友沙灘的小夥伴慎選），海堤上可以喝茶，吃宵夜，位置還可以，離珍珠灣海灘有4公里，可租電動車順彩色公里騎行，路過碼頭可以買海鮮。酒店設施設備還行，最無語的是行李架，箱子橫豎都不好放，打開的箱子衹能放地上；衹有一部電梯，龜速，還每層樓都停。關於停車場衹能叫路邊臨停，也沒有人指揮，值守，早上起來停兩排，車被擋最裡麪找不到人來挪車。品牌連鎖，服務與品質都不值這個價格。
