先説優點：270度的海景房風景是很不錯的，有個大陽台直麪大海。空間大，兩房一廳，自己帶廚具可以做飯。下樓去沙灘也方便。
説下缺點：房間衞生還好，但皮沙發和凳子有黴味，剛進門就聞到。一個衞生間的下水道的半堵的，空調內機滴水。
我去的時候海南有颱風，有點察邊到海陵島，景區就把沙灘封了，實際風不大，也沒下雨，結果住了2天，沙灘海水都沒碰到。景區回覆是安全問題不能進，因為風大有下水打進海里的。但我覺得就那個情況風不大不下雨的情況是可以開海灘的，不能一棒子打死，死規定。當天海陵島其他海灘是可以開放的。
敏捷海灘裏鎮區還是有點距離的，不是旺季我建議住閘坡鎮區近點。

前台服務熱情，客房衞生乾淨整齊，網絡信號好，停車方便。空調製冷效果好。大堂裝修風格好，設施齊全，房子通風好。環境衞生好，房間的隔音也好，服務態度一如既往地好，有什麼問題打電話給前台，她們會很快速地解決你的問題，辦事效率高，非常滿意！！！！
每次來都住這家酒店，這家服務很熱情，房間也很大，布草更是很乾凈，每次都可以在這裏休息的很好，值得推薦！

次次來海陵島都是住這家，性價比可以。從這裏可以看到美麗的海景，早上7點前去沙灘免費的，比較近。缺點是晚上免費去沙灘那邊走得遠點
