一開始定的對面的度假酒店，退了，改個定洛悦酒店，前台小綿服務很好，還送了孩子們的早餐卷，也耐心解答了我們的問題 好評！

從來沒住過性價比這麼差的酒店。1、2千塊的酒店，住得好像1、2百那樣廉價。人多到可怕，又雜又亂服務也跟不上。坐個電梯也要等幾輪，車位也緊張，出個停車場都要堵十幾二十分鐘，也沒有人員指揮。房間外的走廊還掛着各種各樣的衣服在晾曬，房間衞生也是隨便到不行，進去地還是濕的，潮濕嚴重，浴室也臟，床也不舒服。這麼大的盤，人流量這麼大，價格最高，就應該請多些人來管理做好服務，不然簡直就是欺騙消費者，用別家幾倍的價格，體驗了別家更差的體驗跟服務。不會再有第二次

酒店設施很健全，該酒店一直是我們首選，而且每年都在這度過新年的。但現在酒店房間的地毯太舊太臟了，需要更換。沖浪回來準備洗澡，發現停水了，打電話前台，服務員電話裏説是那裡出現故障了，我説要儘快哦，小孩子沖浪回來冷，服務員説：沒辦法。唉！服務員能説沒辦法這三個字嗎？後來打電話給大堂經理，然後就有一副在解決問題的態度。再然後就有水了。
