屋內衞生很差，地板油淋淋是黐腳，任何時候都不能除鞋或拖鞋，泳池是比浴缸大一倍，水量少得可憐，只有泳池高度的一半左右，添水也多不了多少。花灑洗澡我感到自己很可憐，出水量少得像初生嬰兒小便般，還要時出水時無水，根本不足以冲乾淨身體。水喉出的水是白色的，用來漱口感覺嘴也不乾淨了。K歌的設備時好時壞，加上床單和被鋪也有一點污漬，讓人感覺很不自在。洗手間的桌子也佈滿了不乾淨的漬水，衞生情況非常不理想。房間發現蟑螂🪳，雖然每天也有人清潔，可是卻看不到有人拿掃帚，其中一個房間的水管破裂也沒有人修理，整個衛生間也有一陣陣的味道。

位置絕佳，推開窗就是整片蔚藍的海，步行5分鐘就能到沙灘，傍晚吹着海風散步特別舒服，房間乾淨寬敞，裝修是簡約的度假風，泳池維護得很乾凈，管家服務都很熱情，辦理入住超快，還主動推薦了附近好吃的海鮮排檔。早餐種類不算多但很精緻，本地特色小吃很驚艷。
來度假住上幾天，愜意安逸度日，性價比很高，值得推薦，贊！！！👍

這次入住新恆度假別墅真的是太滿意了，老闆熱情好客，方方面面的注意事項都講的特別全面細緻，推薦的行程飯店都品質超高，讓我們不會踩坑。房間是兩室一廳的公寓套房，朋友兩家組團過來住很合適，性價比很高。

位置很好找,離十里銀灘很近、鬧中取靜,房間很寬敞,被子床單都很乾凈衞生間沒有異味。房間的裝修很好,給人的感覺很舒服也很温馨,有家的味道,隔音效果也不錯,晚上休息得很好,老闆是個很熱情的人,給我們很多建議,讓我們的遊玩少走了不少彎路,也避免了一些不必要的消費,很贊哦

房間很好！很乾凈衞生，被子什麼的也沒有任何異味，衞生間的設施都是新的，毛巾也很乾凈，別墅裏面泳池麻將桌都有！旅行的話住起來會非常方便，然後近邊兒風景特別好，去海邊玩也不遠
