Hailing Island Daxiang Family Hotel

The price is not cheap, I highly recommend it. I went there based on the reviews saying it was clean and had good soundproofing, but the soundproofing was terrible. At first, the kids next door kept making noises and there were constant knocking noises on the wall. I told the front desk to change rooms, but the next day I was upstairs again. There were constant sounds of moving objects and footsteps. It's clear the construction quality is also very poor. There was mold on the walls, and there were grains of rice on the sink at the entrance. I don't know if it was from insect repellent or rats.

I have been to Hailing Island so many times, and this time the hotel was sanitary and the bedding was relatively clean. There were also plenty of hangers in the room to meet the drying needs of the whole family. The bad thing was that we found an open safety pin at the foot of the bed in the room. As a parent-child hotel, safety must be passed first. Fortunately, it was discovered by an adult (we were with three babies over one year old). The hotel should prepare a luggage cart. Families traveling during the summer vacation have a lot of luggage. It takes a long way from check-in to the room. It is really heavy to carry large and small bags. Or the hotel should guide guests to drive the car to the underground garage to unload the luggage. The front desk service awareness is still not strong enough. I hope that there will be some improvement next time I stay!

與朋友及小孩住這房間很合適，近沙灘，附近食店很多！房間最 cool 的除了佈置，就是大熒幕電視，躺著看電視好像在電影院似的。酒店還給升級了海景房！

太失望了，根本不值這個價，房間真的很一般，根本不是傳統的酒店，這就是公寓民房，房間很簡陋，衛生很差勁，睡醒一覺天都塌了，床單還有髒東西，還賣這麼貴，早知道訂維也納了，反正不会有下次了。

帶娃出行，衞生和安全是首要考慮。這家酒店做得非常到位！房間打掃得很徹底，小童用品也提供一次性。公共區域地面防滑處理很好，讓人有安全感。管理規範，細節用心，家長很省心。

房很好，小朋友都很喜歡，就是衞生方面，漱口杯都是手印水漬，臟兮兮的，床單都是一粒一粒的灰塵沙子，晚上睡覺隨一摸到處都是。
