馬桶蓋上有黴斑，洗漱用品質量也差，説是每天搞衞生，地板擦完都是水印，酒店的價格，招待所的服務。開了房間門禁卡也不給我們，要等到我們出行中出現不便後，自己找前台拿。每天都要自己出停車費。

房間裝修一般，沒有熱水，換了一套房後，熱水使用仍極不方便，要麼太熱，要麼太冷，洗漱極不方便，多要一床被子還要多收50元，一開始定的3天、由於用水不便，讓長者生病，故行程變更，要退一天，其中一個前台服務態度非常不好，堅持不退費，語氣陰陽怪氣，通過去哪兒客服協調才退了一半，總之不會再訂這家的公寓民宿酒店，太不方便了，價格還貴，很坑人的
