I have been to Hailing Island so many times, and this time the hotel was sanitary and the bedding was relatively clean. There were also plenty of hangers in the room to meet the drying needs of the whole family. The bad thing was that we found an open safety pin at the foot of the bed in the room. As a parent-child hotel, safety must be passed first. Fortunately, it was discovered by an adult (we were with three babies over one year old). The hotel should prepare a luggage cart. Families traveling during the summer vacation have a lot of luggage. It takes a long way from check-in to the room. It is really heavy to carry large and small bags. Or the hotel should guide guests to drive the car to the underground garage to unload the luggage. The front desk service awareness is still not strong enough. I hope that there will be some improvement next time I stay!

The overall stay experience was not bad. The hotel is very new and the room is clean. The location is convenient and the high speed will arrive soon. It is about 3 minutes walk from the beach, which is still relatively close. Compared with other places, there are many fewer people, and the photo experience is good. Takeaway can be delivered upstairs by robots, which is very convenient to solve the problem of eating. The view is still relatively wide. The traffic on the island is chaotic during the peak season, and it is uncomfortable to drive and park. It is not good near the hotel and it is much more comfortable. Hotel breakfast is very good, and thank the front desk lady of the job number 04 for helping us solve a lot of problems
