環境不錯，服務態度也不錯。就在景區裏，設施較新。若沒有第二天入住據此不遠的郭峪古城民宿做對比，也算不錯了。可是有對比才有高下之分。房間大小和設施郭峪古城民宿碾壓這裏，價錢卻比這裏低。早餐更是完全不可比。這裏的早餐衹有一個炒白菜加一種稀飯，一個雞蛋及花捲。不敢相信這是470一晚的早餐。希望能提高吧！不要辜負了這麼好的民宿環境。

房間寬敞明亮，收拾的很乾凈，服務熱情周到，飯菜可口，賓館地處大氧吧之中，環境優美，景色宜人，清晨或傍晚在周邊散步令人心曠神怡，賓館的後門距離相府莊園景區大門十步之遙，如果去皇城相府遊玩，這家賓館確實不二之選。美中不足的是賓館距離皇城相府步行有二十多分鐘的路程，如果夜裡在皇城相府看演出，結束後得開車返回賓館，魚和熊掌不可兼得，總之給個五分的評價吧。
