皇城相府景區內的酒店，酒店很老了，設施很差。房間比較大，但是屋裡很冷，空調開到30度屋裡都很冷。洗澡沒有熱水，前台讓放水，放了很久也不熱。總之體驗感很差。

總枱服務員需要進一步培訓，客人詢問，既不抬頭也不站起，沒有禮貌，態度冷漠。一個很瘦小的女服務員。
分析：大概是有鐵飯碗的緣故吧。
試想，由於態度問題，沒有客源，沒有收入；哪來的工資？需要改進！
房間太陳舊，房門傷痕纍纍，很多的撬痕，不知緣由。碰見隔壁一家人，女主動靜極大的開關門，兩個未成年的兒子在裏側。原來，房門在裏側鎖上後，外面依然能推開。試驗多次沒有效果，衹能找總枱另換房間。

酒店房間夠大，地理位置也不錯，早餐一般。設施太差了，床墊上是凹陷的，花灑四處漏水，放水10分鐘仍不能洗澡。入住還需要收取按金，錢不多，感覺不好，退按金還是挺快的，這一點值得表揚。下次不會再選擇這家酒店了。

就是繞路太厲害，導航也沒更新，害人不淺。直接導航到皇城相府北門入口就行了。老舊的賓館，早餐一般。

雖然已經是當地最好的酒店了，但是環境和衞生還是差強人意，設施也非常老化，最大的問題是熱水不熱，沒法洗澡。還有就是開車到酒店的路，本來從遊客中心開到酒店有條又近又好走的路，衹要幾百米的距離。但是被景區管理部門攔住，衹讓景區交通車和當地居民車通過，其它車輛一概不許走，衹好多繞了將近四公里，而且要通過三條又黑暗又塵土飛揚的運煤專用隧道，擦肩而過的都是大的運煤車輛，我們開得心驚膽戰的。這景區管理部門對自駕遊客也太不友好了吧？！

房間有點年代了，離景點很近，停車方便。導航會路過一個加油站，不要左轉，直行，過幾個小隧道，就找到景點北門附近的酒店了。
