早上退按金莫名奇妙被扣15，打電話問前台説是毛巾弄臟了，這小毛巾一整晚都沒用過怎麼就臟了？晚上也沒在房間吃東西。前台反問臟了你們還會住嗎？我們每天洗兩遍，態度惡劣。問題入住這小毛巾確實沒用過也沒注意過它臟沒臟，想的15塊扣就扣了吧，無所謂。後來一看評價..不是口紅印就是污漬。以後再也不會來這住了……

第二次入住這裏選的最貴的房間，前台服務一般比較沒有熱情。房間進去後發現門反鎖的不能用，插扣的可以。房間有茶室，但是水看起來像很久沒換的，茶罐裏面也沒有茶葉。投影儀有點歪歪不太好調整，電影也沒有太多新的，都是以前的居多。服務人員態度像拽拽的老闆，自以為是不太有禮貌
