酒店在景區裏面，規劃的還不錯，停車也比較方便，但是我們住的那棟樓沒有電梯，我們行李又多，全靠服務員搬運上去！早餐住宿和温泉都不在一起，需要叫遊覽車或者步行，不太方便！媽媽在景區裏摔了一跤，還好不是很嚴重，打電話叫服務員拿些冰塊想冰敷一下，結果服務員拿來了冰塊和雲南白葯，還問我有需要可以讓他們帶去醫院，這種舉一反三服務意識還是讓我很感動的！總體來説，住的還是很滿意的！

非常棒的一個地方，石門關是我去大理旅遊最愛的地方！人少，悠閑，還有温泉泡，真的是寶藏度假地！酒店的位置也很好，環境佈置得很優美，步行距離就能到石門關景區，住酒店還包石門關景區門票和温泉票，很贊。這裏的温泉好漂亮好舒服，晚上一邊泡着温泉一邊看着閃爍的心型山門真的是太寫意了。酒店還有一衹敬業的狗狗員工，會帶路超可愛超治癒。早餐是自助餐，淡季時種類也還挺多，味道還不錯，烤腸超好吃。喜歡悠閑旅遊的一定要來試試！啊對了，酒店員工人也好好，我們第二天早上去石門關景區擔心趕不上退房時間，他們還讓我們延遲退房了。

人生第一個差評獻給你們。服務是沒有的，
設施：進房間就是黴味
衞生：兩個十幾平米，小的要死的温泉，還巨臟無比，漂滿了別人搓下來的泥，給我噁心壞了。唯一一個大的泳池是冷水，你説搞笑不？就這，住的七百一晚的房費，還要叫我補兩個小孩子的温泉78一個人，還不如直接搶錢。不可能有第二次，泡温泉還是牛街好，三百多房間，設施服務都秒殺這裏，這是個啥。
環境：處處蕭條的景象，看見好多尺子空着沒水，全是泥巴。
服務：是沒有的，前台和住的地方隔了一公里，根本沒辦法聯繫，你要出門也衹能走路一公里到前台開車
