酒店位置離鹽城水街不是太遠，酒店門前十字路口有BRT公交站坐B2線兩站路。酒店停車就在門前，還是很方便的，就是停車位不是多充足。酒店設施衞生還不錯，前台服務也好。

設施陳舊，隔音很差，為了考試定的房間，隔壁説話聲音都能聽到，其他房間抽水馬桶的聲音一直響不停，夜裡有一個蚊子一直嗡嗡響也抓不到，第二天起來拍死了一肚子血
