兩年前第一次來延吉就住的這裏，這次來果斷又選擇了這，太喜歡了，性價比超級高，室內室外温泉都有，還有泳池和小童水上樂園！

前台接待李爽看我們有孩子怕住不下還幫忙升級成了套房，套房很大，住起來非常舒適寬敞！酒店可以泡温泉，温泉池室內室外都有很多種類。水上樂園也是室內室外都有，室外的大型水上樂園大人玩的都超級開心！真的是性價比很高的一個酒店，離琵巖山景區也近～很棒的一次入住體驗！房間如果再多個小冰箱和鏡前燈就更方便啦！

琵琶山古村落温泉給我帶來了超預期的體驗。
首先，温泉的水質極佳，泡完後皮膚滑滑的，身心都得到了極大的放鬆。環境更是沒得説，四周青山環繞，彷彿置身於世外桃源，房間的佈置也十分雅緻，從窗外望去，美景盡收眼底。
服務方面更是值得稱讚。前台的李爽服務態度熱情周到，從辦理入住到解答疑問，每一個環節都處理得非常專業，她的微笑和耐心讓人如沐春風，為整個旅程增添了温馨的色彩。
總之，這裏非常值得一來。

硬件設施很好，不過酒店內部管理真的亟需加強，房間打掃衞生不及時，打掃也不認真，不是忘放毛巾就是忘給拖鞋，温泉淋浴區管理更是亂成一團，很多手持都存在漏灑問題，服務人員態度懶散，無論是酒店入住前台還是温泉結算前台，接待用户都沒有禮貌用語，説實話，這麼好的設施，如果配不上好的服務，真是枉費投資人的投入，不是接了韓俄的外團就可以高枕無憂，而更要因為接了外團，注重體現我們大國禮儀，讓世界友人更好的認識我們，認可我們
