房間寬敞明亮，床單被子乾淨，位置好，交通便利，高性價比，入住便捷，房東服務周到。我們下午到延安先去景區遊覽，這時房東來電話了，我們加了微信，房東把入住訊息發給我了。遊覽後，我們按訊息開車直接到樓單元負二層地下庫，坐電梯到所住樓層，按訊息開電子門鎖。屋內和訂房時看到的訊息一樣；有洗衣機，涼衣架，電冰箱，空調，熱水器等。熱水器是燃氣熱水器，熱水充足，非常好。

房間有一股老年人家房子裏獨有的味道，類似於中草葯➕膏葯的味道，尤其主卧，被子、床單、枕頭都是這個味道，飄台墊子巨臟無比，有灰，有蟲子屍體，有毛髮，衞生間比較老舊，性價比一般，不推薦

房東熱情又細心，入住前會把附近好吃的好玩的都告知。房間很大也很乾凈。榻榻米巨大，可以滾來滾去。房子地理位置很好。離寶塔山和二道街夜市很近。
