The hotel was good, check in and out was very convenient. There are snacks in the lobby, and drinks are free. Also all supplies very complete skin care products are also provided free of charge in the lobby. Unfortunately, the location is relatively far away and the spa hygiene is very average, plus the spa space is very little.

No towel at the basin. Poor design at the room entrance; you have to stretch your leg to go to the bathroom and basin.

We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant in "HANA HOTEL & RESORT Yamanouchi Hills Branch," which was renovated last year. As it was a weekday, it wasn't very crowded and the atmosphere was calm. The buffet-style menu had a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes, and the alcohol was all-you-can-drink, so we were very satisfied! ★ Rich menu and local flavors There was a wide variety of salads, Japanese and Western dishes, snacks that go well with alcohol, and even fresh sashimi. There was also soba noodles with a rich flavor, typical of Nagano. ★ Enjoy freshly grilled meat by yourself You can grill your own steaks and yakiniku. The best part is that you can enjoy it piping hot! You can enjoy it cooked to your liking. ★ All-you-can-drink is great for alcohol lovers There is a wide variety of beer, sake, wine, cocktails, and more. Only one night stay but can’t complain and was able to store my bags there after check out while I went to the snow monkeys which was a great bonus.
