It was simply really good.
The staff were incredibly friendly and more than accommodating.
They even carried my suitcase to my room.
The room was very large and had all the amenities you could expect.
The train station and bus stop are just a few meters away.
The public bath is unfortunately just okay, but the rest was perfect.

I really enjoyed our stay. Close to the station. They had a free shuttle to the Snow Monkeys in the morning. The room was huge and very comfortable with a nice bathroom and separate toilet. Had a fridge with a freezer section. Had a small balcony. Large windows on too sides. Access to an onsen. Staff were lovely. Very nice place, I highly recommend.

Close to the train/bus station, convenient for going to Shiga Kogen, but it takes 20 minutes to walk to Shibu Onsen Street. The single room is quite large, with a toilet/bathtub, and breakfast is included. The proprietress is very hospitable and will answer any questions you have. You can ask her about itinerary and accommodation arrangements. If there are a lot of people, you can discuss pick-up and drop-off with her. There are also some ski equipment that can be borrowed. Very satisfied with the stay! !
