The environment is not good, it is very remote. There is a very steep slope in front of the door. You must have your own car to be convenient. The room does not feel very clean. The customer service staff has a very bad attitude. It feels that Chinese people are not welcome, only Japanese people are welcome. When they see foreigners with smiling faces, they look down on Chinese people. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in among so many trips to Japan. I've never seen anything so bad. All requests, they won't help. They won't even call you, they just tell you to deal with it yourself, and then they don't clean the room for 5 nights, there are no towels for guests, there are a lot of peanuts under the bed, it's so dirty, I sincerely swear everyone don't go to this hotel again

There is a steep slope in front of the hotel, and you may need a four-wheel drive vehicle when it snows. Facilities are old but clean. The room has space for skis and backpacks. There was a bouquet on the bathroom door and a frame of pressed flowers on the wall. I appreciate your attention to detail. I am also happy that Wi-Fi can be used in the room. The natural hot spring ♨️ open-air bath has a splendid Yunohana. I thoroughly enjoyed the hot spring. The proprietress applied the place where it is not applicable to national travel support. What a 40% discount! I was very happy.
