志賀高原ではスキーでいろいろなホテルに泊まりましたが 全ての面で私達には完璧でした。 お部屋には加湿器、ケトル、冷蔵庫、金庫、TVは YouTubeやTverなども見れて 壁もしっかりしてるのかとても静かです。 温泉は２つ貸し切りがあり何時でも 空いてれば入れるスタイルで 大浴場も露天風呂もサウナもらあり 楽しめます。 食事もとても美味しく身体に良さそうな 素材を使ってるので 連泊してももたれません。 なによりスタッフの方々が 皆様素敵な笑顔で対応して下さるので いつも気持ち良く楽しく過ごさせて 頂いてます また伺うのが楽しみです。

フロント回りなどリニューアルされ、綺麗になっていましたが 変わらない露天風呂が気持ちよく、落ち着けました。 女性スタッフの方にも変わらず暖かく迎えていただき また是非訪れたいと思います。

毎年、息子と白樺荘にお世話になり志賀高原を満喫してます 先月は妻と宿泊し始めて経営者が変わった事の説明を受けました ただスタッフは従来からの方も残りサービスや料理等は変わらず満足しました 今後はH/Pで確認していきますが、是非，従来からの良さを残して料金もそれなりに宜しくお願いします

Nice staff, clean room, amazing food! overall its good. Also from Nagano station to the location the bus stops right in front of it which is very convenient. At the back of the hotel is already the skii area which is a plus

ホテルの従業員の方どなたも親切でとても気持ち良く過ごすことができ楽しいスキー旅行になりました。料理も美味しく頂き満足です。1日目の夕食は、お刺身とハンバーグの組み合わせは、ハンバーグを天ぷらやフライにしていただけるとより良かったです。

心地よい宿でした。紅葉の志賀高原をハイキングで楽しんだ後の宿、温泉（露天風呂付き）でゆっくり身体を休め、美味しい料理に満足でした。見所やイベントなどの情報も、親切に教えていただき、満足な宿でした。また、訪れるつもりです。
