津波の警報により太平洋側のホテルを予約していましたが、急遽キャンセルになり当日予約できるこちらを利用させていただきました。当日予約なのにバーベキューの機材を用意してくださったりフライパンを貸してくださったり優しく対応してくださいました。立地も山中湖の目の前で真夏でも涼しく過ごせました。

The service was very polite and helpful from the check-in onwards!
They even set up a barbecue grill and came to collect it!
They also lent us blankets because it was cold, so we were able to stay very comfortably!

I really liked the location, it seems like Fuji is in the hotel's backyard and there's a huge lake in front. Roasting marshmallows on the fire pit was really cool. Just don't expect the same comfort as a traditional hotel. I recommend it to anyone who wants a different experience.

The bath temperature was low and it was cold. It was cold, like washing your face in the morning with water from the kitchen outside. I wish there was hot water.... Not even a single thank you when I left.
