The villa location is great but there is no Mt Fuji view from villa 104. Remember to book Villa 101 / 102 if you want to have Mt Fuji view from villa. The villa is not so clean as i still can see dust / hair around the villa. Overall I'm fine with this villa due to its great location.

The hotel has a pleasant scenery, and you can directly see Mount Fuji. It is a few steps away from the most beautiful camera position of Lake Yamanaka. Many people take wedding photos here, which is very beautiful. The facilities are complete and new, very suitable for family travel. Three bad points: First, public transportation is not convenient, and it is not easy to call a taxi to go or leave. Second, the hotel check-in is very troublesome. You have to fill in your personal details on the iPad one by one, and the Japanese customer service staff must confirm it remotely. It is a bit difficult to communicate. Their English level is really hard to describe. Third, it is recommended to stay in rooms 101 and 102. Rooms 103-104 are pet-friendly. The sofa on the first floor is very dirty, with obvious pet traces, and the second floor is relatively clean

The accommodation has a very good view. When I woke up I saw Fuji. But the service is not very good, there are no employees to help explain. How do I check in? It was a little difficult because we weren't familiar with it. Overall it was clean and the parking space was cramped.
