這次帶着家人一起出行，選擇了這家酒店，結果非常失望，體驗很糟糕。
首先是衞生問題：房間看起來根本沒有認真打掃，地板有明顯的灰塵和頭髮，浴室的下水道還有異味，毛巾也有污漬，完全不像是一家正常運營的酒店該有的衞生標準。
其次是服務態度：前台工作人員態度冷淡，沒有任何主動問候，也不願意多做解釋。我們帶着孩子，有一些合理的需求，比如多要一條毛巾或者詢問周邊便利設施，結果都被敷衍對待，感覺非常不被尊重。
最後是設施老舊：空調噪音很大，晚上根本沒法好好休息；熱水忽冷忽熱，洗澡很不方便；電視遙控器也有問題，按了好幾次都沒反應。整體感覺設備非常陳舊，沒有及時維護。
本來是一次放鬆的家庭旅行，結果因為這家酒店的種種問題搞得大家都很不愉快。希望酒店能正視這些問題，認真整改，否則實在不值得推薦。

Not far from Lake Yamanaka, there is a bus stop about five minutes away, the hotel environment is good, the breakfast is exquisite... You can see Mount Fuji from the room, the front desk staff service is super good, I will stay here next time

Nice clean boutique hotel with no lift to second floor. Hotel staff helped to bribg luggages upstair but broke my luggage handle in the process.
Breakfast was inconsistent that first was were very salty but was better on second day.
Location was way off from main road and further that we thought so it was quite inconvenience. There were no place to get food nearby and hotel only has set dinner without a la cart.
