Although the location is in Asahigaoka and not in Hiranohama, Aunt Shenxian will count the number of people who want to watch the sunrise one day in advance, wake everyone up the next day and drive everyone to Hiranohama to watch the sunrise, and then drive everyone back to sleep and have breakfast. You can also borrow bicycles for free in the store to ride around the lake. In fact, Aunt Shenxian had patiently given me a lot of travel advice long before the trip started. When I first arrived at Kawaguchiko, it was inconvenient to carry a suitcase, so Aunt Shenxian kindly let me put it in the store in Kawaguchiko and helped me to take it to the B&B in Yamanakako in advance. When I arrived at Asahigaoka in the evening, I was worried that I would walk too far, so the owner was very considerate and drove me to a nearby restaurant for dinner, and then took me back after dinner. The room is also spacious and comfortable. My room can directly see Mount Fuji (but I didn't see it on rainy days). The public toilets and bathrooms are spacious and clean, and you can choose it with confidence even if there is no private bathroom! The public area is very warmly decorated, and there is a snack corner on the first floor where you can buy drinks and food by yourself. It is said that the food cooked by the aunt is also very delicious. I didn’t have time to experience it this time because I was too rushed. I hope I can eat it next time I come to Yamanakako! The story of the aunt coming to Japan alone is very inspiring and romantic. I hope the boss and his wife’s business will be prosperous and smooth, and the store in Izu may open soon!

Mount Fuji is right outside the window! I could see the golden mountain in the sun from the room. It was a surprise! The landlords are so nice! They provide pick-up and drop-off service! I will come again!

There are always some surprising encounters. I stayed at the Treasure B&B by the Yamanakako Lake. It was snowing and cloudy for a few days around Mount Fuji. The Kawaguchiko Fireworks Festival was also lonely. When I arrived at Yamanakako, it was finally better. The sky was clear and there was a beautiful view after the snow. I learned that it was a honeymoon trip and upgraded the room. The B&B was clean and the room was large. Take everyone to get up early to watch the sunrise, ride bicycles around the lake for free, and other value-added services, as if I was back to the Ritz-Carlton, Kyoto. The Chinese communication was particularly smooth. The boss was also responsible for the pick-up and drop-off service for guests, which made up for the inconvenience of public transportation in Yamanakako. Chatting with the boss was also very inspiring. There are wild deer near the B&B. Yamanakako is so beautiful after the snow. I will come again in the future!

Very, very good B&B. I am very grateful to the uncle and aunt for taking care of us. They took us to see the sunrise and eat, solved many problems we encountered on the road, and made loving breakfast for the children in the morning. We were lucky to see a deer at the door. Our family of three had a perfect trip to Yamanakako. We will go again next time.

The aunt and uncle are both from Northeast China and are very warm and friendly. They upgraded my room with a private bathroom, drove us out to buy food, and drove us to Hiranohama to watch the sunrise and Shiratorihama to see the swans and ride the hippo cart early the next morning.
