Excellent service, front deck staff is very patient explaining all the procedures to enter their onsen
So much fun to have private onsen experience

On the hillside, very close to the ski lift, the hotel has a car to take you to the lift, if you walk to the lift you need to climb the slope. The hot springs are very good, there are several hot springs that can be reserved.

Comfortable and relatively inexpensive hotel. Although the premises are clearly not modern, everything is good, solid, nothing is broken. Gorgeous private free rotenburo. Dinner is very tasty, filling, varied. Free transfer to the bus station. Attentive staff. We are very pleased with our stay in this place. If we are ever lucky enough to get to Zao, we will gladly stay in this fabulous place again. Thank you very much!

It's a bit far from Zao Onsen and the cable car station. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the cable car station. Fortunately, you can reserve a hotel bus. The hotel has 5 private hot springs, all of which are open-air hot springs.

It was our first time to stay in a hot spring hotel and it gave us a very good experience. We went to 5 hot springs. The visual scenery of each hot spring was super good. The room was spacious and clean. The only disappointment was that the food needed to be improved.
